Kim E. Dooley, PhD, is a seasoned educator, leadership expert, and consultant with a wealth of experience that spans over four decades. After spending years as a Professor at Texas A&M University, she co-founded The TECH Training Group, LLC in 1996 with her husband, Larry M. Dooley. Together, they built a company that has helped organizations worldwide develop leadership skills, implement strategic change, and improve educational practices. With a background in higher education, corporate training, and international consulting, Kim is highly regarded for her expertise in program development, team building, and leadership transformation.

Throughout her career, Kim has worked on global projects, designing and delivering impactful training programs and workshops in diverse sectors.
